Does this sound familiar?

Doing the math at 3 AM to figure out how many hours you'll get if you fall asleep right now.

Dreading bedtime because your bed feels like a battlefield instead of a place to rest.

Cancelling plans or calling in sick because you're just too exhausted to function.

Trying every supplement, tea, and sleep hack on the internet — and nothing sticks.

This isn't sleep hygiene.

We don't just tell you to turn off your screens and sleep in a dark room. We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to address the root cause.

Rebuild your sleep drive

Make your bed mean sleep again

Quiet the thought loops

Set up your environment

Calm your nervous system

Stay sleeping — for good

Why do this in a group?

Insomnia is incredibly isolating. When you're awake at 4 AM, it feels like you're the only person in the world who can't do this basic human function.

There is profound relief in hearing someone else describe the exact bizarre thought you had last night. In a group, you don't just learn from the therapists — you learn from each other's breakthroughs.

  • Normalize the experience
  • Built-in accountability
  • Learn from others' questions
  • Realize you are not broken

I don't usually talk about insomnia. It's hard to explain it to people who don't get it. But in the group, I didn't have to explain — everyone just understood. It was one of the most supportive experiences I've had.

Common Questions

How big are the groups?
We keep our groups small — typically 4 to 8 people. This ensures everyone gets time to ask questions and receive personalized feedback during the sessions.
Will this help me get off sleeping pills?
Research shows that CBT-I helps 90% of people reduce or completely eliminate sleeping pills. Tapering off medication isn't mandatory, but it is a goal for a lot of our clients. We are happy to support you, in collaboration with your prescribing physician. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. All educational portions can be recorded and shared with you via email. You can also ask questions and get personal support between sessions.
Is this covered by insurance?
Yes — this program is typically covered under Canadian employer benefits for mental health therapy. For insurance-eligible groups we work with a licensed counseling therapist co-facilitator. We recommend booking a free consult so we can help you check your specific coverage and navigate the process.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is necessary to join the program. You can book a free consultation directly with us to get started.
What if I've tried CBT-I before?
Many of our clients have tried CBT-I apps or read books about it before coming to us. Doing it with a trained sleep expert who can adjust the protocol to your specific life makes a massive difference.

I used to wake up thinking about how tired I was and fall asleep worrying about the night ahead. Now, I just live my life. I have space in my brain for the things I actually care about. My mental health has drastically improved.

Marlee and Leah genuinely care. They celebrate your wins and hold your hand when you’re struggling. I didn’t expect to feel this held. They’re like your brilliant best friends cheering you on.

I used to dread bedtime. I used to feel broken. Now I feel peaceful, hopeful, rested, and alive. I’m planning travel, I’m living differently, and I want other people to feel this way too.

I’m not afraid of bedtime anymore. I used to dread it. I’d get anxious as the day wore on, knowing I wouldn’t sleep. Now I go to bed and think, I’ve got my device. I’ll sleep.

It changed my entire life. I’m happier. I’m more relaxed. I’m not walking through my day in a fog. I’m not on edge anymore.

I identify as a good sleeper. I don’t really complain about sleep anymore. I used to think about it every day. I don’t think about it anymore. It’s a burden I don’t carry.
