Common Questions

Is CBT-I safe during cancer treatment?
Yes — CBT-I is a behavioural intervention with no medication involved, making it completely safe alongside any cancer treatment. It's specifically recommended by oncology guidelines for cancer-related insomnia.
Can this help with steroid-induced insomnia?
Yes. While we can't eliminate the stimulant effect of steroids, we can help you manage the sleep disruption around treatment cycles and optimize your rest.
Do I need a referral from my oncologist?
No referral is needed, but we're happy to coordinate with your care team if that would be helpful.
