What this group is
ADHD brains have a different relationship with sleep — delayed sleep phase, racing thoughts at midnight, the inability to "just go to bed." This monthly educational session is a safe space to learn evidence-based CBT-I strategies adapted specifically for ADHD, and ask any related questions. You don't need a diagnosis to attend, and you don't have to share if you don't want to.
This group is for you if…
- You have an ADHD diagnosis (or strongly suspect you do)
- You've tried "good sleep hygiene" and it didn't work
- You feel wired at night and exhausted in the morning
- You're tired of advice that ignores how your brain actually works
- You want to connect with others who get it

Common questions
Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis to join?+
Nope. If you suspect you have ADHD or simply identify with the experience, you're welcome here. We're not gatekeeping.
Will I have to share or turn on my camera?+
Not at all. You can attend as a quiet observer, share only your name, or jump fully into the conversation — entirely up to you.
How often does this group meet?+
Once a month. The next session is announced via the Sleep Works newsletter, so signing up here ensures you don't miss future ones either.
Is this therapy?+
No. This is peer support facilitated by a sleep coach. If you need clinical care, we can point you toward 1:1 sessions or our group CBT-I course.
