What this group is

Cancer disrupts sleep in ways that go far beyond "I had a stressful day." Treatment side effects, hormonal shifts, anxiety, pain, and the sheer exhaustion of fighting a serious illness all collide at bedtime. This group is for patients, survivors, and caregivers who want a gentle, judgement-free space to talk about sleep — and learn what actually helps.

This group is for you if…

  • You're currently in treatment, in recovery, or a long-term survivor
  • You're a caregiver supporting someone through cancer
  • You're experiencing insomnia, hot flashes, anxiety, or treatment-related sleep changes
  • You want to be in community with people who truly understand
  • You're looking for evidence-based, gentle strategies that respect your energy

Common questions

I'm a caregiver, not a patient. Can I still join?+

Absolutely. Caregivers are welcome and often benefit from this space — your sleep matters too, and your experience is part of the conversation.

I have low energy. Can I just listen?+

Yes, completely. Many attendees keep cameras off and listen quietly. There's zero participation pressure.

Is this meant to replace medical advice?+

No. This is peer support and education — not clinical care. Always work with your oncology team on treatment-related decisions.

How often does this group meet?+

Once a month. Signing up adds you to our list for future sessions, so you'll be invited to the next one automatically.
